The Insects’ Strike Back interprets the theme “The Odds Are Against Us” through a small-scale war between insects and birds.
Players take control of the insect faction — tiny, fragile, and heavily outnumbered. With only a single catapult and one stone per round, their survival depends entirely on precision and timing. Every shot carries tension, every miss can mean defeat.

The gameplay embodies hopeless resistance: you’re an underdog facing a much larger, relentless enemy, and your only weapon is skill and patience. The tone remains light and playful, but the underlying message is about resilience — even the smallest creatures fight back when cornered.

Future updates may expand the war with new enemy types, environmental hazards, special insect abilities, or defensive upgrades for the catapult. A story mode, additional levels, or community-designed challenges could evolve the narrative of an ever-escalating struggle between sky and soil — keeping the spirit of “odds stacked against you” alive while adding new tactical depth and replayability.
